• Career data you enter (venues, deals, contracts, show dates, travel details)
• Financial data you enter (fees, expenses, revenue goals — stored locally and/or in your account)
• Uploaded files (contracts and documents you choose to upload)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve the MYSHOWBIZ platform
• Sync your data across devices when you're signed in
• Send important account and product communications
• Respond to your support requests
• Improve platform features based on usage patterns (aggregated, not personal)

Data Storage

Your career data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. Locally entered data (in demo mode) remains in your browser's local storage and is not transmitted to our servers unless you create an account.

Uploaded contracts and files are stored in secure cloud storage and are accessible only to your account.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

MYSHOWBIZ does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your career data belongs to you.

Third-Party Services

MYSHOWBIZ uses the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Supabase — authentication and database storage
• Stripe — payment processing (we do not store card details)
• Netlify / hosting provider — static file delivery

These providers have their own privacy policies governing their data practices.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@myshowbiz.ai. You may also delete your account and all associated data from within the Settings section of the app.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
