Welcome to MYSHOWBIZ.ai. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. What MYSHOWBIZ Is
MYSHOWBIZ is an AI-powered career management platform for performing artists, entertainers, and touring professionals. It is a tool to help you organize your career — it is not a booking agency, legal service, accounting firm, or financial advisor. MYSHOWBIZ does not book shows, negotiate contracts, or provide legal or financial advice on your behalf.
2. Your Account
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@myshowbiz.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Subscription and Billing
MYSHOWBIZ offers a monthly subscription. Founding Artist Beta pricing is locked in for the life of your account as long as your subscription remains active. Billing is handled through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
4. Your Content
You own all data, contracts, and content you upload or enter into MYSHOWBIZ. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties, except as required to deliver the platform (e.g., cloud storage providers).
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use MYSHOWBIZ for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform
- Share your account credentials with others
- Upload content that violates any law or third-party rights
6. AI Features
MYSHOWBIZ includes AI-powered features that summarize contracts, suggest follow-ups, and provide career insights. These features are for organizational and informational purposes only. AI-generated summaries and suggestions may contain errors. Do not rely on them as legal, financial, or professional advice. Always review contracts and agreements independently before signing.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
MYSHOWBIZ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete. Use of AI features is at your own discretion and risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYSHOWBIZ and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
